Clinical Educator - NICU

This Clinical Educator - NICU position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: We are looking for a passionate Clinical Educator to join our NICU team. If you are an experienced neonatal clinician who enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping others grow through evidence based practice, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will work with bedside staff, nurse leaders, physicians, respiratory therapists, and other members of the care team to strengthen the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe, high quality care for newborns and their families. You will identify learning needs, develop education programs, support staff onboarding and competency, and promote professional growth.
