Clinical Pharmacist - Evenings

This Clinical Pharmacist - Evenings position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency preferred but not required. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. We are looking for a dedicated inpatient clinical pharmacist to join our team at the Thomas Campus, focusing on supporting the medication needs of our pediatric patients. This position involves 8-hour evening shifts, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact during non-traditional hours. Incentives include evening shift differential, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and a starting bonus up to $10,000. This position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation. This position receives supervision and leadership oversight from Inpatient Pharmacy leaders.
