Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (NICU) - East Valley

This Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (NICU) - East Valley position is with Phoenix Children's in Gilbert, AZ. This is an advanced level clinical pharmacist position responsible and accountable for the provision of departmental and organizational clinical pharmacy services and leadership. This position provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to patients from neonate to adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children's. The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist aligns with targeted interdisciplinary programs and specialty services to deliver medication therapy management services to ensure pharmaceutical care programs are appropriately integrated throughout the institution. Clinical Pharmacist Specialists serve as departmental resources and liaisons to other departments and hospital personnel and participate in all necessary aspects of the medication-use system. This position reports directly to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services.
