This Manager, Emergency Department position is with Phoenix Children's in Gilbert, AZ. Posting Note: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced nursing leader to join our team, as the Manager Pediatric Emergency Department at our East Valley Hospital, with a planned opening end of 2026 to early 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our newest community hospital opening from the beginning. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a passion for emergency care, capable of overseeing departmental operations in a rapidly changing environment, while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. The manager will provide support and oversight for both supervisory and frontline clinical team members that includes approximately 55 FTE’s. Our state-of-the-art Pediatric Emergency Department is equipped with 24 beds, including 4 safer rooms, 1 treatment room, and 1 resuscitation bay.
