Nurse Scientist

This Nurse Scientist position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. This role will mentor clinicians in research and scholarly work, support study design and dissemination, and contribute to building a robust nursing research infrastructure. The Nurse Scientist provides scientific, methodological, and scholarly expertise to advance nursing research, evidence-based practice (EBP), and innovation across the organization. The role focuses on design, mentorship, analysis, dissemination, and translation of new knowledge into practice, aligned with organizational priorities and Magnet expectations.
