What We’re Looking For: • Pediatric Specialists: NPs or PAs with a heart for kids and a drive for clinical excellence. • Procedural Pros: Comfort with suturing, staples, dermal adhesives, and foreign body removals. • Collaborators: Professionals who value rapport with families and seamless teamwork with our world-class medical staff. The Logistics: • Urgent Care: Weeknights (5p–Midnight) and Weekends (10a–8p). • ED: Rotating shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights) for maximum variety. • Requirements: Arizona licensure (or eligibility), PALS certification, and a commitment to patient throughput and experience.
