The Logistics: • Urgent Care: Weeknights (5p–Midnight) and Weekends (10a–8p). • ED: Rotating shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights) for maximum variety. • Requirements: Arizona licensure (or eligibility), PALS certification, and a commitment to patient throughput and experience.
