Pharmacy Intern - OP

This Pharmacy Intern - OP position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, this position oversees the daily activities of the medication use process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood. Performs the duties of a graduate intern or pharmacy intern as defined in the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy Administrative Code R4-23-402, and by Phoenix Children`s Pharmacy department. This position reports to the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager and receives supervision from Clinical Staff Pharmacists and the Lead Pharmacist.
