This PRODUCTION CONTROLLER T32 position is with Army National Guard Units (Department of the Army) in Tucson, AZ. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER T32, PDD1255000 and is part of the AZ FMS 8, National Guard. Key duties: • THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This position is located in the FMS 8 in Tucson, Arizona. The purpose of this position is to perform maintenance production management, to achieve or maintain desired production levels, to serve as an equipment readiness expert for units supported by the facility, and to provide technical guidance and oversight to a lower-graded Production Controller. Qualifications: Military Grades: E3/PFC - E8/MSG Compatible Military Assignments: Must possess or be able to obtain the 88M, 91, 92, & 94 SERIES MOS SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-07 - Must possess at least 12 months experience, education or training working with people from various levels and backgrounds. Experience with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of production control, records, references, and techniques for developing production control data. Experience assisting or maintaining workflow. GS-09 - Must possess at least 24 months experience, education or training scheduling workflow in more than one area and responsible for coordinating products or materials from support activities. Experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility. Experience preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in materials, machine processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes.
