This Prof Governance Program Mgr position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: We are seeking a Professional Governance Program Manager to lead and strengthen shared decision-making across Phoenix Children’s nursing organization. This role will build and standardize governance structures, support council and board leadership, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. The Professional Governance Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and sustainment of the professional governance structure across the organization. This role ensures that shared governance functions as a meaningful, outcome-driven decision-making framework aligned with Magnet standards and organizational priorities. The Professional Governance Program Manager provides enterprise oversight of council infrastructure, charters, bylaws, elections, leader development, and performance measurement.
