Vice President, Marketing & Communications

This Vice President, Marketing & Communications position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. The Vice President of Marketing and Communications is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated strategies that advance the Phoenix Children’s brand, support business growth, and enhance the organization’s reputation as one of the nation’s leading pediatric health systems. This executive oversees marketing, communications, public relations, creative, and digital platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among key audiences, including patients, families, referral sources, current employees, and prospective talent. The Vice President ensures brand consistency across all channels, maintains brand guidelines, and supports enterprise initiatives such as programmatic expansion, Centers of Excellence, research, education, and innovation. This role reports directly to the SVP, Chief Strategy Officer, and partners closely with executive leadership to align strategies with organizational priorities.
