AI Product Manager

AI Product Manager Role Overview The AI Product Manager is a hands-on technical product leader responsible for identifying, designing, building, and scaling AI-powered products, agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions across EDMP. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Business Operations and is designed for someone who is equally comfortable leading product discovery with business partners and also prototyping an AI agent, workflow, or integration. The successful candidate will translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions, personally building and testing early prototypes before partnering with engineering teams to productionize and scale successful solutions. The role combines strong product judgment with technical execution and requires curiosity, experimentation, and a bias toward building. This is not a traditional product-management-only role or an AI research role. It is designed for a technical product leader who enjoys building working solutions, testing them with users, measuring their impact, and scaling successful patterns across the enterprise. The role aligns closely with the AI Innovation Group's charter to accelerate EDMP's transition from AI experimentation to responsible, enterprise-scale adoption.
