Associate Product Manager – TLS Data & Personalization As an Associate Product Manager within Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS), you will help drive data and personalization capabilities across digital and agent servicing channels to deliver seamless, relevant, and connected Card Member experiences throughout the travel journey. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, and cross-functional business teams to define product requirements, prioritize capabilities, and deliver scalable, data-driven personalization solutions. This role provides an opportunity to shape how customer insights, data, and technology come together to enable more contextual, proactive, and personalized travel experiences while supporting business objectives and operational efficiency.
