Campus Recruiter

How will you make an impact in this role? The Global Campus Recruitment Team is responsible for developing and executing campus recruitment strategies for American Express. These strategies include enhancing the prospective and full-time student experience and partnering with senior business leaders and Human Resources to attract and retain the best talent for American Express. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for our internship program in the United States, while also supporting the planning and execution of related initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for recruiting early career talent, with substantial experience in this area. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with colleges/universities and managing the campus recruitment and selection process for various business areas. The Campus Recruiter will act as the main point of contact for internal business partners, responsible for building strong relationships and assisting those groups in attracting and building a Campus talent pipeline. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for analyzing recruiting metrics and external data and proposing new recruiting strategies based on this information. They will also manage and coordinate project work streams across various markets/stakeholders on key initiatives.
