Clinical Educator - East Valley Emergency Department

This Clinical Educator - East Valley Emergency Department position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: We are seeking an experienced and energetic Clinical Educator to join the East Valley Emergency Department. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about emergency care, education, and preparing teams to deliver exceptional care in a fast paced environment. You will partner with bedside staff, nurse leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to build clinical excellence and support a culture of continuous learning. You will assess learning needs, develop education programs, support onboarding and competency validation, and help staff maintain the knowledge and skills needed to care for pediatric emergency patients. This position develops, implements, and evaluates education plans that strengthen clinical practice, improve patient safety, and support high quality care while meeting organizational and regulatory standards. This position develops, implements, and evaluates proactive educational plans and programs to address staff and departmental needs to ensure ongoing enhancement and improvement of staff skills, competencies and professional growth in accordance with established standards, requirements and regulations.
