Clinical Educator - Emergency Department

This Clinical Educator - Emergency Department position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Clinical Educator to join our Emergency Department team and support the ongoing development of nurses in our Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring staff are prepared to provide expert care across a wide range of pediatric emergencies through innovative education, competency development, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Working collaboratively with nurse leaders and interdisciplinary partners, the Clinical Educator helps foster clinical excellence, professional growth, and a culture of lifelong learning.
