Clinical Educator - PICU

This Clinical Educator - PICU position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Educator to join the PICU. This role is pivotal in enhancing the clinical skills and knowledge of our inpatient staff through innovative educational programs and collaborative development efforts. If you are an experienced clinician with a talent for teaching and a passion for pediatric patient care, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will work closely with clinical staff, nurse leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to assess educational needs, support staff development, and design comprehensive training programs that strengthen safe, high-quality care for our PICU patients. This position develops, implements, and evaluates proactive educational plans and programs to address staff and departmental needs to ensure ongoing enhancement and improvement of staff skills, competencies and professional growth in accordance with established standards, requirements and regulations.
