Clinical Nurse - Allergy Clinic

This Clinical Nurse - Allergy Clinic position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: The Allergen Immunotherapy Nurse is responsible for overseeing daily allergy shot clinic operations and providing safe, effective immunotherapy treatment to pediatric patients. This role includes administering allergy injections, monitoring for adverse reactions, collaborating with allergists on patient care, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating patients and families on treatment plans. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory setting and is committed to delivering exceptional care to children with allergic conditions. Ideal candidate will have: • Minimum 1-2 year of clinical nursing experience. Preferred • Experience in allergy/immunology, pediatrics, or ambulatory care. • Knowledge of immunotherapy protocols and anaphylaxis management. This is a full time position, M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM, and located at our Thomas campus. NO NEW GRADS, please. This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patient and family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.
