Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care

This Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: We’re Growing! Join the Phoenix Children’s Critical Care Pharmacy Team! Phoenix Children’s is seeking a dedicated inpatient pharmacist to join our critical care team at the Thomas Campus! This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the care of our pediatric patients while working a schedule of five 8-hour variable shifts per week. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll primarily support our critical care areas while also providing coverage in the central pharmacy, allowing you to contribute across multiple areas of inpatient pharmacy practice. An ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency or equivalent critical care experience is preferred. This position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation. This position receives supervision and leadership oversight from Inpatient Pharmacy leaders.
