Coordinator II

This Coordinator III-Integrated Fundraising position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: The Coordinator III supports donor communications, stewardship, and fundraising project execution across the direct response fundraising team. This role coordinates production workflows, manages project timelines and stakeholder approvals, serves as a liaison with vendor partners, and supports donor engagement activities, stewardship materials, acknowledgements, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong internal communication The Coordinator III’s primary responsibility is to assist with managing relationships, partnerships, programs, events and campaigns that result in growing annual revenue for the Foundation. The Coordinator III collaborates with colleagues throughout the Foundation and/or hospital to help deliver first-class programs, events, recognition, and service to internal and external donors. The Coordinator III will take a lead role on project/program execution.
