This Dir, Strategic Implementation position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. The Director of Strategic Implementation serves as a key leader within the Strategy Office, responsible for translating organizational strategy into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable results. Reporting to the Sr Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, this role ensures enterprise-wide execution of the strategic plan, facilitates the annual strategic planning process, and coordinates enterprise strategic initiatives and strategic opportunities.
