Global Commercial Services (GCS) is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the strategic evolution of our Sales Enablement organization. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, advanced analytics, business strategy, and commercial transformation. As Director of Sales Enablement Performance & Insights, you will lead a global team responsible for translating complex data into actionable business strategies that improve sales productivity, optimize commercial investments, and accelerate profitable growth. This is not a traditional reporting or planning role. We are looking for a strategic thought partner who combines a consulting mindset with deep analytical expertise to solve complex business problems, influence executive stakeholders, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across a global organization.
