Director of Technology Vendor Management - Business Process Services

Business Process Services (BPS), within Technology Vendor Management (TVM), provides operational, product, and compliance support across the Technology contractor lifecycle. We are seeking an experienced people leader to lead the global BPS organization with team members located in Phoenix and Manila. This role will set strategic direction, develop organizational capability, strengthen partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across a complex, high-volume operating environment.
