Dishwasher I (Academic) (Multiple Positions)

This Dishwasher I (Academic) (Multiple Positions) position is with University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware, and utensils. Operates industrial dishwashing equipment according to established protocols. Delivers plates and silverware to various locations as needed. Collects dirty dishes, buses tables and cleans tables as needed. Maintains a clean work area throughout the entire shift. Cleans and sanitizes the dishwashing machine during each shift, including the exterior of the machine. Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units within the Student Union. Work hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the unit based on work availability, special events, training, and operational demands. Performs additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of food service utensils, plates, and industrial equipment. Physical Requirement: Occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
