This Emotional Safety Educ Spec position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for advancing Patient Family-Centered Care and Emotional Safety across Phoenix Children's. As a vital member of the Division of Patient-Family Experience, the Emotional Safety Educ Spec works to instill a deep understanding of the principles driving patient and family experience, connecting team members to its meaningful impact. This role supports clinicians by providing hands-on guidance, practical tools, and resources that enhance clinical practice, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence on a broad scale. Additionally, this position supports enterprise patient experience goals, participate in relevant research, and work to measure the effects of emotionally safe care on patient and family outcomes.
