Formula & Milk Technician I

This Formula & Milk Technician I position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: Phoenix Children’s is looking for a full-time, Formula & Milk Technician to join our Nutrition Lab team! In this behind-the-scenes role, you will help ensure our patients receive their formula and breast milk orders accurately and on time. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. Food Handler’s Card required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable, dependable, and a team player, while committed to providing accurate work. This is a non-patient-facing position that plays an important role in supporting the nutritional needs of our pediatric patients. The nutrition lab operates 7 days a week and schedules will be variable to include rotating weekends and holidays Performs a variety of tasks that are responsible for the preparation, distribution, inventory and management of Human Milk (HM), Donor Milk (DM) and formula.
