Global Sanctions Analyst - Data & Inventory Analytics

The Global Sanctions Analyst will support enterprise sanctions operations through data analysis, inventory management, reporting, and the development of actionable insights. The role will analyze large and complex datasets, monitor sanctions screening inventories and operational performance, and identify trends, anomalies, and emerging areas of risk. The Analyst will leverage advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau, data mining, and visualization capabilities to transform sanctions operational data into meaningful insights that support decision-making, capacity planning, process improvements, and effective risk management. The role will also develop working knowledge of Bridger Insight, including sanctions screening workflows, alert inventories, escalations, dispositions, and related reporting data. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of American Express products, services, customers, entities, and sanctions screening processes to appropriately interpret data and provide meaningful business and compliance insights.
