In this lead role, you’ll help families navigate the registration process while serving as a resource and support for our Patient Access Representatives. We’re looking for someone who is an effective communicator, team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable providing guidance in a fast-paced environment. The Lead Patient Access Representative performs efficient and orderly registration of all patients. Acts as a primary liaison for patients receiving professional and hospital services at Phoenix Children's. Serves in an area specific leadership role. Facilitates communication of operation policies and procedures to Patient Access Representatives.
