Lead Respiratory Therapist

This Lead Respiratory Therapist position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. This position provides general oversight for Respiratory Care services to ensure daily clinical operations achieve and comply with established hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations and standards. Plans and coordinates staffing resources in accordance with productivity standards. This position also assumes a team leader role for all Respiratory Care clinical areas including the McDowell campus and maintains all skills and knowledge sufficient to provide safe, effective, and developmentally appropriate care to all ages of patients and in all clinical areas.
