The Manager of Technical Project Management for the Global Infrastructure (GI) Cross Platform Delivery (CPD) team will lead strategic and technical initiatives requiring coordination across engineering teams and organizations. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, this individual will partner with GI leadership, engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate strategic and technical objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will combine strong technical project/program management skills with hands-on software engineering experience. The ideal candidate understands software architecture, development, deployment, and production operations and can engage engineering teams at a detailed technical level. Experience with American Express engineering platforms and processes, including Enterprise Cloud/Hydra and CI/CD tooling, is highly valued.
