Occupational Therapist I

This Occupational Therapist I position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. This position provides occupational therapy services to a pediatric population, neonatal to adolescent, including evaluation and treatment in independent living, sensory-motor integration, cognitive, and psychosocial skill. This role performs evaluations, formulates plans of care, and provides treatment, specific to age and developmental/functional level determined by assessment. The position addresses routine problems in the work environment by helping or referring other, more experienced team members and or leaders. This role manages a daily workload, identifies routine issues in the work area, and solves problems with guidance from other professionals, as needed.
