Phoenix Children’s is looking for a welcoming, detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our team at our Glendale Medical Office Building! In this important role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for patients and families, helping create a positive, supportive experience from the moment they arrive. We take a concierge-style approach to patient service, going beyond basic check-in to make families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. The Patient Access Representative performs efficient and orderly registration of all patients. Acts as primary liaison for patients receiving professional and hospital services at Phoenix Children's. Prepares admission forms, obtains necessary documentation and signatures, and confirms demographic information when the patient and/or guarantor present for services. Collects co-pay and deductible amounts at time of service. Some travel from site to site may be necessary based on business needs of the department.
