Procurement Analyst

This Procurement Analyst position is with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Department of the Army) in Phoenix, AZ. About the Position: The Huntsville Center Contracting Directorate is seeking a GS-1102-13 Procurement Analyst to serve within the Operations Branch. The incumbent serves as a senior analyst and subject matter expert responsible for procurement systems, data integrity, operational processes, and systems-related policy supporting Huntsville Center's contracting mission. Position location-negotiable at approved worksites. Key duties: • Serves as a senior analyst and recognized subject matter expert responsible for developing systems-related policies and procedures. • Diagnoses and resolves system errors, data conflicts, and integration issues, and coordinates with system owners and administrators to implement solutions. • Serves as the Huntsville Center CPARS Agency Point of Contact, providing program administration, oversight, technical guidance, and support for contractor performance evaluations. • Monitors enterprise contracting systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. • Provides analytical oversight and support for contract lifecycle management processes, including monitoring contract closeout status. • Develops, updates, and standardizes SOPs and guidance to improve system use and data quality. Basic Requirement for Procurement Analyst: Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees.
