Program Manager (Integrator)

Key duties: • Leads a multi-functional program support team of engineers, quality assurance technicians, supply chain management specialists, earned value management analysts, and contracting personnel. • Reviews existing agreements, prepares new agreements, negotiates terms and conditions, allocates resources, and assesses contract performance. • Provides technical guidance and advice to Contract Management Office (CMO) leadership advising on policies, procedures, and technical aspects of surveillance programs assigned to ensure effective CMO mission accomplishment. • Oversees/reviews contractor surveillance and provide monthly Program Assessment Reports that identify the status of the program in terms of cost, schedule, and technical performance, (CON'T).. • ..makes predictions of future program performance, and identifies program risks and issues with potential alternative courses of action as warranted. • Represent the CMO as the single point of contact to the buying commands for the most complex classified major weapons systems including Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs). Qualifications: To qualify for a Program Manager (Integrator) Position your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02, GS-11, or equivalent level under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Creditable specialized experience includes: Leading professionals responsible for surveilling contractors involved with major, defense acquisition of weapon systems/components. Assessing a contractor's risk and opportunity program. Reviewing programs for cost, schedule, and technical performance. Analyzing cost proposals and technical requirements. Creating performance measures to subjectively analyze cost, schedule, and technical performance. Surveilling contractor quality systems, development, and manufacturing processes.
