Scheduler/Biller

This Scheduler/Biller position is with Phoenix Children's (Remote). Posting Note: AZ Residents only, please!! The Scheduler/Biller is responsible for coordinating surgical and procedural scheduling activities, managing provider and resource requests, supporting patient access, and ensuring timely and accurate charge posting. This role schedules operating room, radiology PACU, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, PACU, and pre-admission testing (PAT) procedures using designated information systems while ensuring compliance with physician privileges, scheduling protocols, block time utilization, and equipment requirements. The Scheduler/Biller also supports revenue cycle activities through accurate charge review, reconciliation, and posting. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
