This Scheduler position is with Phoenix Children's (Remote). Posting Note: **Arizona local applicants will be considered at this time** Are you an organized, patient-focused professional who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly? Phoenix Children’s is looking for a Scheduler to join our Dermatology team! In this remote role, you’ll play an important part in creating a positive experience for our patients and families by coordinating appointments, providing excellent customer service, and helping ensure patients receive the specialty care they need. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Training: On-site training for up to two weeks Reporting to the Central Scheduling Supervisor, this position accepts incoming calls, schedules patient appointments in various divisions, and utilizes appropriate scheduling system and software according to procedure type, knowledge of protocols, privileges, and block time, when appropriate. This position also initiates the billing processes by collecting, entering, and verifying pertinent patient data and insurance information.
