Senior Manager, Digital Product Management – Digital Wallets, Apple Pay

The Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Product organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management to join our Digital Wallets team and help shape the future of digital payments at American Express. Within GMNS Product, the Network Product team develops and manages payment products and services for American Express Global Network issuers, acquirers and merchants. Our remit spans existing Network capabilities, development of new products and services, and the end-to-end partner lifecycle. Our solutions support both proprietary and third-party partners globally, enabling secure and seamless transactions across the American Express Network. We are looking for a product leader to own the Apple Pay product strategy and roadmap across the American Express Network. This role will lead new capabilities end to end, from prioritization and discovery through delivery and go-to-market, while serving as a key Product interface with Apple, Digital Labs and internal Network teams. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of payments, technology, customer experience, and one of the world’s leading technology platforms.
