Senior Manager, Performance & Insights – Special Projects

The US SME Sales Enablement organization focuses on accelerating commercial business growth by equipping our Sales and Account Development teams with the training, tools, insights, and capabilities they need to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The Performance & Insights team plays a critical role within Sales Enablement by helping the organization understand business performance, generate actionable insights, and translate priorities into effective action. The Sr. Manager, Performance & Insights – Special Projects will lead high-priority projects on behalf of the Performance & Insights team. The role will tackle a diverse set of business challenges and initiatives, often requiring partnership across Sales Enablement, Sales and Account Development, and other teams across the organization. This individual will serve as a versatile problem solver and internal consultant for the Performance & Insights team—bringing structure to ambiguous challenges, developing clear plans, coordinating stakeholders, and driving work from initial problem definition through execution. Because the nature of special projects will evolve with the needs of the business, the successful candidate will be intellectually curious, highly adaptable, and comfortable quickly getting up to speed on unfamiliar topics. They will combine strong strategic thinking and analytical judgment with hands-on project leadership and a bias toward action.
