As an Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will lead and manage strategic planning and programmatic performance evaluation teams, evaluate work processes, conduct studies and analyze data, and make recommendations for improving operational and employee performance. Key duties: • Planning and executing program strategy and performance evaluation strategies to meet defined objectives and requirements; • Establishing and carrying out specific action plans for accomplishing short- and long-term goals and objectives; • Analyze major aspects of mission-oriented or management programs that are complicated by interrelated issues, conflicting goals and objectives, subjective concepts, uncertainties, and difficulty in the application of findings and recommendations; • Writing and editing products to create and implement program strategies including related performance evaluation studies and results; • Supervise and coach employees, ensuring employees understand performance expectations and standards, monitor employee performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance; • Provide day-to-day management of direct report employees to include assigning work; reviewing, editing and approving work products; supporting problem solving, and completing administrative requirements. Qualifications: The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/21/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/21/2026. GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Managing the development and execution of a wide variety of analytical studies and projects related to accomplishing program goals; and Establishing and carrying out specific action plans for accomplishing short- and long-term goals and objectives; and Writing and editing products such as policies, procedures, reports, manuals, and project plans to develop and implement program performance evaluations and related studies.
