Supv, Gift Shop

This Supv, Gift Shop position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. The Gift Shop Supervisor assists the Gift Shop Manager with the day-to-day oversight and coordination of operations across three physical Gift Shop locations and the Online Store. This position supports staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, financial controls, online order fulfillment, and overall operational workflow to ensure consistent service and operational standards across all locations. Working under the direction of the Gift Shop Manager, the Supervisor helps ensure Gift Shop operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established departmental goals, operating budgets, quality standards, inventory controls, policies, and customer service expectations.
