This Supv, Supplemental Pool position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: We're seeking Float Pool Supervisors to lead and support a diverse team of RNs, Patient Care Technicians, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Patient Sitters across our multi-campus pediatric health system. This shift-accountable leadership role is located at our Thomas Campus and is ideal for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being a part of supporting and developing teams, and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As a Float Pool Supervisor, you'll play a key role in staffing operations, employee engagement, patient safety, and caregiver development while partnering with leaders across the organization to support clinical excellence. You'll also help advance our health system's Magnet® journey, contributing to a culture of professional practice, innovation, and outstanding patient outcomes. 12-hour day shift and night shift opportunities available. The Supervisor, Supplemental Pool provides supportive leadership, driving accountability in promoting quality patient care and an engaging work environment, during assigned shift. Works collaboratively and effectively with the Supplemental Staffing Leadership, Clinical Educators, Staffing Office, House Supervisors, and nursing leadership. This position works independently and receives supervision of work activities from the Manager and Director of Supplemental Staffing.
