Transition to Practice Spec

This Transition to Practice Spec position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. The Transition to Practice Specialist (TTPS) serves as a dedicated clinical mentor and educator for nurses transitioning into independent practice or new specialty areas. The TTPS provides real-time support, coaching, and skill validation to strengthen clinical reasoning, confidence, and competence. Working collaboratively with educators and leaders, this role promotes safe, high-quality care and fosters ongoing professional growth.
