VP, Human Resources

This VP, Human Resources position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. The Vice President, Human Resources serves as a strategic human resource executive responsible for leading enterprise-wide employee relations, physician and provider relations, provider recruitment, compensation programs, workforce compliance, and employee experience initiatives. This position partners closely with executive leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies that attract, engage, retain, and support a high-performing workforce while fostering a positive organizational culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.
