The Vice President of Supply Chain Management provides enterprise executive leadership for the strategic planning, design, execution, and continuous improvement of supply chain operations. The Vice President develops and advances an integrated supply chain strategy that supports Phoenix Children’s mission, values, clinical priorities, growth, and financial stewardship. The role establishes effective standards, governance, policies, and processes to ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain services across the organization.
As the organization’s senior supply chain leader, the Vice President is responsible for strategic sourcing, contracting, procurement, materials management, logistics and distribution, inventory optimization, value analysis, supplier performance, and supply chain technology and analytics. The Vice President leads enterprise negotiations and contracting efforts, develops strategic supplier relationships, strengthens supply continuity and resiliency, and partners with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to achieve measurable improvements in quality, service, cost, and operational performance. The Vice President also provides executive leadership for major initiatives and projects requiring supply chain expertise, sound judgment, and effective change leadership.
