Ld Therapist - Respiratory

This Ld Therapist - Respiratory position is with Phoenix Children's in Gilbert, AZ. This position provides general oversight of Respiratory Care services to ensure daily clinical operations are conducted in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards. The position plans, coordinates, and adjusts staffing resources to support operational needs and maintain established productivity standards. The position also serves as a Team Leader across all Respiratory Care clinical areas and Phoenix Children’s campuses, providing clinical leadership, support, and oversight as needed. The incumbent maintains the knowledge, skills, competencies, and clinical expertise necessary to provide safe, effective, and developmentally appropriate care to patients of all ages across all Respiratory Care practice settings.
