As a Management and Program Analyst, you will advise management by evaluating the effectiveness of office programs and operations while performing a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in support of intake processes and informational material requirements. Key duties: • Independently conducts complex analyses of operational performance, organizational effectiveness, workload, program execution, and customer service across multiple components. • Advises management on the interpretation and operational application of government policies by identifying implementation challenges, operational risks, and recommended courses of action. • Designs analytical methodologies, establishes performance measures, develops evaluation criteria, and applies advanced analytical techniques to assess and identify opportunities for organizational improvement. • Develops briefings, presentations, informational materials, or analytical products to support various projects and programs. • Represents the organization in cross functional initiatives requiring extensive coordination, negotiation, and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives and priorities. Qualifications: The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/24/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/24/2026. GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Developing resources, analytical reports, and recommendations that support informed management decisions affecting operations. Participating in work groups or initiatives to coordinate with stakeholders, resolve complex issues, or achieve organizational objectives. Serving as a subject matter expert to staff regarding intake operations and policies. Analyzing information to assess operational impacts or develop recommendations that balance efficiency, effectiveness, customer service, or organizational risk.
