Nurse Program Coord

This Nurse Program Coord - Orthopaedics position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Posting Note: Phoenix Children's is growing, and so are our clinics!!! The Nurse Coordinator is a new position for our Orthopedic clinic. This position will primarily support the Main campus but incumbent will need to come to the support the East Valley (Mercy/Gilbert) as the secondary location.. This role will support 3 - 4 providers who treat children with brittle bone syndrome. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a clinical nurse, preferably in a hospital/clinic setting. , physical medicine and/or rehab experience. Must have the ability to manage changing priorities, and demonstrated flexibility. This position is full time, M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM, and may offer one day a week working from home, after incumbent has completed all training, and can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously. This position coordinates the patient care services, workflow, and activities provided by nursing and support staff of assigned program. This position provides guidance, support, and direction to staff to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, and professional standards and requirements.
