Research Technician II (Part-Time)

This Research Technician II (Part-Time) position is with University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Conduct mouse genotyping, tissue collection and processing. Western blotting and related molecular assays. Maintaining established mammalian cell lines. Assist with behavioral testing of mice and record results. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques, including PCR and Western blotting, mouse genotyping, tissue collection, and behavioral testing. Ability to accurately follow laboratory protocols and maintain detailed records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a research team.
