Research Technician III, Immunobiology

This Research Technician III, Immunobiology position is with University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Conducting Individual Experiments and Data Analysis: Conduct scientific experiments and perform data collection and analysis for assigned research projects, exercising independent judgment in selecting, adapting, and implementing appropriate research methods and procedures. Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Reporting: Compile and organize research data, perform statistical analyses following experimental replicates, and conduct preliminary interpretation of findings to support publications, reports, presentations, and other research deliverables. Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures and data, and provide data to the PI to support grant submissions, publications, and presentation of results. Determine and acquire specialized parts, materials, equipment, and services required for laboratory operations, and maintain inventory and associated bookkeeping records. Train and guide students and staff in the operation of equipment and performance of technical procedures.
