This Scheduler position is with Phoenix Children's in Phoenix, AZ. Join our Cardiology Scheduling Team! In this fast-paced role, you’ll help families schedule appointments and testing while making their healthcare experience a little easier. Reporting to the Central Scheduling Supervisor, this position accepts incoming calls, schedules patient appointments in various divisions, and utilizes appropriate scheduling system and software according to procedure type, knowledge of protocols, privileges, and block time, when appropriate. This position also initiates the billing processes by collecting, entering, and verifying pertinent patient data and insurance information.
