This Supv. HR Specialist position is with Federal Aviation Administration (Department of Transportation) in Buckeye, AZ. This position will serve as a branch manager under AHO-10. The three positions include Quality Implementation & Support (AHO-11), Employment Ops & Surge Support (AHO-12), Centralized Recruitment & Early Careers (AHO-13). The position will be subject to the AHR reorg and duties may be subject to change. Key duties: • Branch Manager, Quality Implementation & Support (AHO-11): Leading a team of technical experts, provides second-level review to all staffing actions and 100% quality control. Detects trends and develops responses to common errors to ensure 100% accuracy. Branch Manager, Employment Ops & Surge Support (AHO-12): Leads development and implementation of corrective action plans and technical responses to audits in coordination with AHR-100. Develop job aids and SOPs. Serve as SMEs for AHD in developing technical training and HR University Courses, where requested. As requested by AHD, serve as SME trainers in train-the-trainer models. As staffing experts, provide surge support to various AHO staffing teams (quals, vacancy announcements, classification, etc.). Branch Manager, Centralized Recruitment & Early Careers (AHO-13): Oversee FAA's OneRecruitment strategy in acquiring top talent. Lead sourcing. Develop early careers talent pipelines. Qualifications: To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE IS DEFINED AS: Experience leading or performing recruitment outreach and related activities or leading or performing quality assurance activities of staffing and related functions.
